Car branding for company cars, sales fleets and executive vehicles
Car branding in Dubai covers a wide range of vehicle body shapes — from compact sedans and hatchbacks used by sales teams, to larger SUVs and crossovers used by executives, real-estate agents and hospitality operators. Wecare has been designing, printing and installing car branding in the UAE since 2006 and has worked on more than 3,000 vehicles across single cars and multi-vehicle rollouts.
The right approach for a company car depends on how visible the branding needs to be, whether the vehicle is owned or leased, and how the identity should sit next to other cars on your fleet. Our team recommends coverage that matches your use case rather than a single default.
Sedans and hatchbacks
Sedans and hatchbacks have relatively flat door panels, gently curved bonnets and shallow rear quarters. This body shape reads well with door branding, tailgate logos and rear-window graphics. Cut vinyl on doors keeps a corporate car understated while still communicating the company identity clearly to nearby traffic.
SUVs and crossovers
SUV body sides are taller and offer more usable branding area on the rear quarter and tailgate. For real-estate, hospitality and executive-transport cars, partial wraps that cover the rear quarter and doors create a premium finish without full-body coverage.
Branding coverage: door, partial and full car wraps
Door branding is the most common request for company cars — logo, licence number and contact details cut in vinyl and applied to the front doors. Partial wraps extend the design onto rear quarters, bonnet or tailgate for stronger road presence. Full car wraps cover every visible painted panel and are used for promotional cars, campaign vehicles and colour-change projects.
Design visibility considerations for cars
Cars are typically viewed at shorter distances than trucks or buses, so smaller type sizes and finer detail remain readable. Wecare designs artwork with a hierarchy — logo, single-line proposition, then phone number or website — so the driver, passenger or nearby pedestrian gets the message in a glance.
Installation on curved car panels
Cars have deep recesses around door handles, curved bumpers and moulded rear quarters. Installers wrap the film into these features cleanly, using heat and pressure to conform the vinyl to the panel shape without lifting. Bonnets and mirror caps are treated as separate elements to keep the finish sharp.
Approval considerations for branded cars in Dubai
Branded commercial cars registered in Dubai generally require RTA vehicle-advertising approval before installation, and Wecare assists with the artwork, layout drawings and vehicle photographs the authority requires. Final approval, fees and processing are handled by the relevant authority — see our approval support page for the current process.

FAQs
Car branding — questions we hear
Do company cars in Dubai need RTA approval before branding?
Most branded commercial cars in Dubai require RTA vehicle-advertising approval before installation. Wecare prepares the artwork, layout and vehicle photographs the authority requires. Final approval is issued by the relevant authority.
Will car branding damage the factory paint?
When installed on factory paint using vehicle-grade cast film and removed by trained installers, car branding protects the paint underneath rather than damaging it.
Can leased or rented cars be branded?
Yes. Leased cars are typically branded with removable cast films so graphics can be safely taken off at end of lease. We recommend confirming the leasing company's branding policy first.
What is the difference between door branding, partial wrap and full wrap on a car?
Door branding uses cut vinyl on the front doors. A partial wrap covers selected painted panels — usually doors, tailgate and rear quarter. A full wrap covers every visible painted panel, including bonnet and roof.
Can Wecare match my exact brand colour on a car wrap?
Yes. Artwork is prepared to your brand colour references and printed on cast wrap film. Some brand colours may print as a very close visual match rather than an exact Pantone equivalent — this is confirmed before production.
Do you brand multiple identical cars for a company?
Yes. Wecare prepares one approved artwork and applies it consistently across every car in the batch, so the fleet reads as a single identity on the road.
Can I keep the car's original paint colour and just add a logo?
Yes. Cut vinyl door branding is the most common request for corporate cars — the paint colour stays untouched and the identity is applied cleanly on top.
What information do you need to quote a car branding project?
We need the vehicle make, model and year, photos of both sides, your logo files and coverage preference. See the checklist above for the full list.
